Our client is a £multi-billion global leader in IT Services with an unparalleled reputation within UK Government. Breakthrough Search are pleased to offer an exciting new position within their Public Sector business to identify, develop and ultimately win substantial outsourced and managed service contracts circa £50-100m within Central / Local Government, Criminal Justice, Police, and Health.
Your role will be to take ownership of often large and complex deal architecture, leading bid teams and setting strategic direction throughout the bid lifecycle to ensure success. This is a predominantly new business role so will require a broad range of expertise and skills across the sales process. You will be familiar with the commercial, financial and technical requirements of such IT service contracts and possess the leadership skills, drive, energy and commitment required.
We are interested to talking to senior executives, managers and directors who possess a firm grasp of the agenda within UK Government, an in-depth understanding of IT services and outsourcing and a track record of securing significant deals of a minimum of £50m. Our client is an investor in people so we would also be interested in talking to individuals who are familiar with the landscape but are perhaps in a more junior role and would relish a challenge that would stretch their existing skills and develop their capabilities.
The role will be based from the south of the UK and involve travel to offices in London and the Thames Valley. Package circa base £90-120k (£180k+ OTE) + Substantial benefits.
