We are seeking a Public Sector Sales Executive to join this rapidly growing IT and Converged Communications Services organisation at a key time in the company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with unique new technology services in telephony and converged/unified communications.

Our client is a privately owned company with extensive experience of delivering solutions and applications around bespoke software, convergent communications and related services. As part of their plans for growth they are seeking to appoint a Sales Executive to assist in the identification, development and delivery of opportunities within new and existing accounts. Working with their telephony and converged communication solutions team, you will be selling in to areas of the Public Sector including Central/Local Government, Criminal Justice and Police.

We are interested in talking to individuals that possess a true solution led style as many of these deals will involve working with the company's talented development team to evolve and develop the company's capabilities and offerings. You are likely to have a background in the Telecom sector and worked with VOIP, VPN and similar converged solutions.  Knowledge of products from OEMs such as Mitel, Avaya and Cisco or experience in system integration, networking or security will be of particular interest. You will be an enthusiastic sales person with a proven track record of delivering annual sales performance in excess of target. This will all be backed up by your experience of selling to Government in Central/Local (Civil) Government, Health, Criminal Justice, Defence or Education.

This role will be ideally based from the South East however there is the possibility that it may also be based from home in London or Thames Valley depending on experience. Base salary circa £45-55k (£100k+ OTE) + Benefits.
