Over the last 12 months Breakthrough Search has enjoyed incredible levels of success and as a result we have openings for entrepreneurial individuals to join us. In order to support our plans for growth in 2010 we are currently recruiting in our Milton Keynes offices for the following positions -

• Researcher
• Trainee Recruitment Consultant
• Recruitment Consultant (Senior and Junior Levels)

This is not your typical Recruitment environment, we work smarter than most and the vast majority of our business comes by way of referrals and recommendations. We achieve this by allowing our Consultants to focus on particular market niches, becoming recognised experts in that area. This allows us to offer our clients the opportunity to recruit true sales leaders in their industry and offer our candidates access to the best positions. Our typical assignments focus on positions in the region of £70-250k such as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director, VP of Sales, etc. We work with all variety of organisations from start-up to FTSE 100.
