We start by meeting our client to fully understand their corporate culture, environment, and aspirations. We produce a detailed profile and job specification together with clear key messages to attract the right people for the position and set appropriate timescales for the completion of the search.
We use our extensive database, contacts and knowledge to identify potential candidates and analyse our client’s targeted competition, related service/product areas and geographic location. The results of this process are fully open and available to our clients as one of our value-added services, providing valuable market insight.
We agree a list of potential candidates with our client, and then approach individuals on the pre-agreed list on a confidential basis to gauge interest and potential fit. This is followed by selective face-to-face interviews by our dedicated consultants who then provide detailed candidate reports on individuals who meet the job specification requirements.
We schedule all meetings between our clients and the candidates and provide optional meeting rooms at our head office when discreet interviews are necessary. Full briefing is provided before interviews, and clear, honest and timely feedback is given to both parties after. We act as an intermediary to ensure the greatest chance of success.
